LIFE AT UIPATH
The people at UiPath believe in the transformative power of automation to change how the world works. We’re committed to creating category-leading enterprise software that unleashes that power.
To make that happen, we need people who are curious, self-propelled, generous, and genuine. People who love being part of a fast-moving, fast-thinking growth company. And people who care—about each other, about UiPath, and about our larger purpose.
Could that be you?
YOUR MISSION
As a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will lead recruitment across APAC. In this role, you will report to the VP of Talent Acquisition and collaborate with the team and business leaders to help ensure we are hiring the best and most diverse talent. WHAT YOU'LL DO AT UIPATH
- Lead and coach a high-performing Talent Acquisition team across APAC, creating an environment where recruiters are supported, challenged, and developed to operate at their full potential.
- Build trusted, proactive communication channels with your team, regional business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional People partners.
- Develop and execute effective, innovative recruiting strategies to attract and engage high-quality talent across APAC, with a focus on Product, Engineering, and GTM hiring needs
- Partner closely with regional and global leaders to understand workforce plans, hiring priorities, market dynamics, and business needs, translating those into scalable recruiting delivery plans.
- Own hiring execution across APAC, ensuring roles are delivered with speed, quality, consistency, and strong alignment to approved headcount, role requirements, and business priorities.
- Use recruiting data, market intelligence, pipeline insights, and hiring trends to influence strategy, identify risks, and recommend practical solutions to business leaders.
- Drive a consistent and high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience across the region, ensuring UiPath stands apart in competitive APAC talent markets.
- Lead change and innovation across the APAC recruiting function by evolving your team’s approach, strengthening capability, and helping recruiters adopt new tools, processes, and AI-enabled ways of working.
- Coach the team on strong candidate management, sourcing strategy, stakeholder partnership, process discipline, and the use of UiPath recruiting tools and systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, workflows, and regional operating mechanisms, partnering with TA Operations and global TA leadership to scale best practices.
- Own or contribute to regional and global TA projects that improve hiring outcomes, recruiter productivity, candidate experience, and operating consistency across the broader TA function.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TEAM
- 8+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment, ideally with exposure to Product, Engineering, GTM, or other complex hiring functions.
- 5+ years of people leadership or team management experience, with a strong track record of coaching recruiters, building capability, and developing talent.
- Strong understanding of APAC talent markets, particularly India, with the ability to adapt hiring strategies across countries, cultures, labor markets, and business needs.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and cross-functional People teams.
- Experience owning hiring delivery across a region or complex business area, including workforce planning alignment, prioritization, stakeholder management, and execution against hiring goals.
- Demonstrated AI fluency, with the ability to model adoption of AI-enabled tools and automation, coach the team on practical use cases, and identify opportunities to improve hiring quality, recruiter productivity, decision-making, and candidate experience across APAC
- Ability to use recruiting data, funnel metrics, market insights, and hiring trends to diagnose issues, influence decisions, and recommend actionable improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, evaluate multiple approaches, and drive practical solutions in a fast-changing environment.
- Experience developing sourcing and engagement strategies for competitive talent markets, including passive candidate attraction and market-mapping approaches.
- Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to lead regional initiatives while maintaining focus on day-to-day hiring execution.
- A proactive, service-oriented leadership style with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to represent UiPath values in every interaction.
- Comfort operating in a global TA model, balancing regional ownership with enterprise standards, shared processes, and cross-regional collaboration.
