The ideal candidate has experience in accounting operations, excellent Excel skills, and enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment. This role plays an important part in ensuring accurate financial records, timely payments, and efficient communication with internal and external stakeholders. 📋 Key Responsibilities - Review, categorize, and accurately record supplier invoices. - Create customer invoices, ensuring correct amounts, tax information, and customer details. - Reconcile Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), identifying and resolving discrepancies. - Monitor payment deadlines and initiate invoice corrections when necessary. - Prepare and review payment proposals before processing. - Manage incoming payment reminders and maintain professional written communication with suppliers. - Propose payment solutions and support vendor relationship management. - Prepare and send purchase orders/purchase options as required. - Maintain accurate financial records within the ERP system. - Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure efficient communication and smooth financial operations. - Support month-end closing activities and other finance-related tasks. ✅ Required Qualifications - Proven experience in accounting, finance, or accounting operations. - Strong understanding of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including: - Pivot Tables - XLOOKUP - SUMIF/SUMIFS - Data analysis and reporting - Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or another ERP system. - Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Good written and verbal communication skills in English. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. ⭐ Preferred Qualifications - Basic German language skills A2 are considered a strong advantage. - Experience working in an international or shared services environment. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. 🌟 What We're Looking For - A proactive and reliable professional with a strong sense of ownership. - Someone who can prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high accuracy. - A team player with excellent communication skills and a service-oriented mindset. - A professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment. ⏰ Working Hours - 🕘 Full-time: 08:00 – 17:00 🏢 Work Setup - 📍 On-site role in Tirana - 💻 PC-based position - 🤝 International and collaborative work environment 🎁 What We Offer - 🌍 Dynamic and international company culture - 📈 Opportunity to gain experience in finance and operational processes - 💡 Comprehensive training and onboarding support - 🌱 Be part of a company driving the green energy transition - ☕ Free coffee & snacks - 🛠 Equipment provided 🌍 Additional Information At Enpal, we take pride in the diversity of our team.
